Process
Accepting your request and 50% payment
After you fill the form below, on this page, I'll notify you if I accept the commissions and clarify any doubts about it. Next I'll send you a payment link where you will pay 50% of the full price. You can pay with a debit or credit card, if you want to pay with paypal let me know and we can talk about it.
Sketch start and suggested adjustments
Once I get the 50% payment I'll start working on the commission. A sketch will be emailed to you, during this step you may suggest any changes you might want on the work. Another sketch will be sent afterward to verify it's to your liking. You are only allowed 2 rounds of changes.
Emailing the final artwork and full payment
You'll be getting a watermarked drawing for public distribution. After you complete the rest of the payment, I'll be sending you a higher resolution drawing for your personal use (pfp or printing).
Terms & Conditions
Read this before commissioning me
By filling the form you accept the following:
- You agree on only using the finished artwork for personal use (printing it for yourself, using it as pfp and share in social media WITH proper credit) I retain all creative and commercial rights to the drawing, so you acknowledge that reuse for commercial use and personal profit (such as selling and anything similar) is NOT allowed.
- If you share the watermarked artwork on social media: You agree to tag elliedumdoodles on Twitter, ellie.1311 on Instagram and elliedumbdoodles on tumblr. If I don’t have an account on your desired social media, link the ones I’ve shared or my website.
- You accept these concepts I can or cannot draw:
- I will draw original characters, fanart of any show, comic, or other medium, mild gore, and humans with animal-like features.
- I will NOT draw NSFW, furries and mecha
- You accept paying the 50% of the full price is a MUST in order to start working on your commission and that you must pay the rest before receiving the final work.
- You aknowledge I can decline your commission for personal reasons like lack of habilities, etc.
- You aknowledge the time that can take me to draw your commission is at least a month, less or more depending on the level of difficulty. Delays can also occur due to personal responsabilities, those would be promptly notified to you. If you haven’t received the final artwork after 4 months, you have the right to ask for a FULL refund of what you have paid.
